Hi lok bong! you are about my brothers time, I was at Junior Hight that time at 60s. i heard that name too of Chhon Lon and Chhon Lim they are great vallybal players and my cousin name Im Koeun also a great Vallybal player from Svay Chech commune, now is Srok Svay Chech in Banteay Meanchey, not Battambang anymore!

It looks like I am the younger one now (56 years old). I am glad to know you all and hope there are more to join our group.

Perhaps we should start to know each other better. As you know I was from Maung Russey, got diploma in 1970, Bac II in 1973, and 2nd year in Pharmacy in 1975. I stuck in Khmer Rouge regime like most of khmer. I got in Minnesota USA in 1981 and am still enjoying my lovely state. I plan to retire in Cambodia as soon as my youngest son finishes his degree, perhaps in 3 years.....then it will be my golden age....hahaha..

 

Thank you, Andrew, for your reply. I will never give up in searching missing old friends. But, not many people from Kampot escaped to Thailand I guess. Most people living I my city are from Battambang and Pursat. You are one year older than me. I started class Enfantain in '57. I'm so happy to meet people in the same generation like you, ChaoMoeung and Sorchek...
